View multiple time zones (more than two) for scheduling meetings

My version - MS Outlook 2003 - SP1

Note - I'm aware that Outlook has the capability to display two (2) time
zones in calendar view; one for local and an additional user defined time
zone of choice.

Problem:
I work for a large, global company and find it extremely difficult to
schedule meetings with people in different parts of the world based on
working time in all regions. There are a limited number of free websites
that provide a similar service but it's a hassle to use these for every
single meeting. This becomes an even bigger problem when you take into
account the fact that daylight savings is recognized at different times in
different parts of the world.

Solution:
Allow for the selection of 10 to 20 user defined time zones that
automatically adjust to daylight savings. These time zones will be for
reference only and will not affect your calendar. For example, if I wanted
to schedule a meeting with people in U.S. Central, U.S. East, London, Sydney,
Berlin, Sao Paulo and Wellington NZ I would like to know that the time I
choose to meet is within common working hours for everyone involved. I can
then make an informed decision regarding when we can all meet. It's well
understood that there will always be scheduling/time issues in a scenario
like the one above but with this data I can still find a 'middle ground'
solution.

have a look at WS:Repeat Appointment II at www.websetters.co.uk. This has a
feature that allows you to see the impact of an appointment time over five
configured time zones.
