Scheduling meetings from different time zones for an event

The event is in Chicago, clearly the Central time zone, we are trying to use
outlook to schedule meetings and the participants are in multiple time zones.
Is there a way to keep outllok from changing the timezones for the
participants?

I would think you'd want it to change timezones. If you're in the Central
time zone and I'm in the Eastern and you shedule a conference call between
the two of us, if Outlook didn't adjust the time zone, I'd be trying to
contact you an hour late.
