Okay, I am having a lot of problems adding an avi file to my frontpage file.
I want to play it using Windows Media player so that many people can view it.
The file was originally a mov file, and I downloaded a converter and
converted it to avi. I have tried bringing it up by importing the video, I
have tried doing it by going to web component and doing the active-x controls
and selecting windows media, etc. Of course, I have personally have no
problems viewing it because that file is saved on my computer, but no one
else is able to view it. Any advice would help.

If it's an avi file, just link to it. The Windows Media Player is on the
client, and the browser should recognize the extension and launch it without
you having to do anything.

Okay, I have tried that also, and it doesn't work. Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
