Video Memory

Okay, so I recently rebooted my entire computer so I can start over from
scratch. Now I just installed a game I had owned, GTA Vice City, but the
computer says "Grand Theft Auto VC cannot find enough available video
memory". I am using the same video card as before. Is there an update I need
or what? Help would be great. Thanks alot.

You may want to "upgrade" your video card drivers to what you had before
you flushed the OS. Look at video card manufacturers web site.

Most of us reboot our computers at least once a day. Do you mean something
different? For example, did you reinstall Windows?

Assuming that you reinstalled Windows, you are probably using a generic
video driver. You now need to reinstall the current driver for your video
card.
