Video is unavailable to select in insert menu

I would like to add a small layer on my index page with a short video of a
product. When I go into <Insert> <Picture>, For some reason <Video> is
unavailable to select. I have FP 2003 on my other computer at work and it
allows me to insert video, no problem.

Any suggestions?

OK, I figured it out. Tools>page options>authoring> browsers: set to CUSTOM
