video capture problem with 1394 and Canon MV20i after SP2 installe

It worked very well when my XP wasn't updated to SP2. Now my computer can't
capture the video via 1394. I have installed KB885222, but no improvement at
all. I have sent the video camera to Canon but their computer with Windows
2000 can capture the video.
Are there any other update programs other than KB885222?

No there aren't
Try taking your camera with your IEEE cable to your local computer store and
try it on one of their XP machines.
If it works with your cable then it could be a problem with the capture card
if it doesn't it is likely a problem with your IEEE cable.
Since you have the proper updates installed it is very possible that the
problem coinciding with the installation of SP2 is a coincidence.
