Video and music tasks

Hi! In the video folders, there are some options related in the left task
bar. When selecting a video file, you can use the options "Play" or "Play
All", appearing in the left task bar. Well, I can´t use them because I don´t
get any results, I mean: if I select a video file and then press INTRO, it
plays on Windows Media Player. But if I select the same video file and click
over the "Play" button in the left pane below the title "Video tasks",
nothing happens.
The same is going on with music files.

How can I solve the problem?

Thank you!

When you click "Play All" in the Music or Videos folder Common Tasks, nothing may happen

I have followed the ShellEx method and it worked fine, the problem was being
caused by Tauscan, an antitrojan. So now all systems ready again xD

Thank you so much for the advice!
