Verzenden vanuit Word met Windows mail

I have Windows Vista just for one week on my system.

I don't know how I can send Word-document directly from Word by Windows
Mail. I can only choise in the profiel : Ourlook.

Can someone tell me where I can make the "link" to Windows Mail ??

Ik maak pas sinds een week gebruik van Windows Vista op mijn systeem.
Ik weet niet hoe ik berichten rechtstreeks vanuit Word kan verzenden met
Windows Mail. Mijn enige keuze profiel is "Outlook"

Kan iemand mij vertellen war ik de juiste instelling kan maken om vanuit
Word en andere programma's rechtstreeks met Windows Mail te kunnen verzenden

Windows Mail expects you to close all programs that access the attachment
first, including Word, then start a new message in Windows Mail, then click
Insert, then File Attachment, then find the file and click on it. It has a
hard
time adding attachments still open in any other program.
