Very Strange Problem - Outlook 2007 Editor Disappears

D

Dan Reed

When you create a email (after 4-5) mins the email editor just goes away.
It seems like the process dies, outlook is still up, just no editor. It
happens consistenly. We ran repair on outlook and ccleaner.
Anyone seen this before.
Thanks

Since it's a dell, I'd start with removing the outlooksetupaddin in tools,
trust center, addins.

Is it dying maybe every 3 min? That would coincide with the default for
autosaving drafts.

Thanks Diane,
Looks like it was associated with the autosave to the InBox, not sure why it
was set to the inbox, but when we changed it to the drafts folder it works
fine.
Thanks for your help.
