Very Old FTP Address Appearing in Search Engines

I have very old FTP web pages appearing in Google's search engines. I have no
idea where it is coming from, so I can not get access to add any remove html
to the web pages. This FTP number is not with my current server that I have
had for over a year. Any ideas on how to find out how to remove it from
Google? It seems all their removal codes require me to have access to the web
page.

Could it be in some meta data on a page that is on your server somewhere,
linked or not?
