Changing the "Reading Order" property on a vertical
label does not cause any changes in orientation. E.g.,
I have two labels that are essentially identical except
one has its "Reading Order" set to Left-to-right while
the other has its "Reading Order" set to Right-to-left.
Both labels appear identically. They both respond
correctly to the use of the "Align" property, but not
the "Reading Order".

Do I need to adjust other properties to get the proper
orientation?

The Access text box has one vertical orientation only.

Thanks Allen, I was afraid that would be the answer.
Too bad the HELP text doesn't spell that out.
Anyway, I've downloaded Steven's AccRotextWMF.zip
and will learn how to use it in the morning....it's late in
California.
Thanks again. And, I'll post back tomorrow when I've
had a chance to experiment with Steven's function(s).

Allen,
I've exchanged a few e-mails with Steven. He is trying to
figure out why my labels get truncated after rotation. I am
using fRotateRunTime after having updated the caption and
tag in the Detail_Format event.

I'll e-mail you the same screenshot if you'd like.
