ver 615 is OK

I am surprised to see so many posts reporting problems with MSAS updates.
I can tell you people of my experience :
1 PC with XP1
1 PC with XP2
Started using version 1.0.509 . Never waited for the program to offer
updates, I download manually each time I see a new version.
Once a week I check for new signatures
Presently I am with 1.0.615 and signature 5735.
IMHO the key for a proper installs is ( as it has been proposed many times
in the posts )
to keep the computer clean of temporary files.
For that purpose I use a washing program (Windows Washer ) . It works fine,
washing many un-needed items each time I shutdown the machine.
No doubt MSAS still has bugs and some lacking functions but in the overall,
it is a good program.

Any problem, and there have just been a few, I've had
solved through this newsgroup. So, I agree with you. I
also agree that getting rid of temp files is important to
a good install.
