VBScript prob w/ Web Remote Desktop

I've set up and used Remote Desktop Web Connection
successfully on a number of computers, and now I'm stuck
with this error.

I've got my parents two computers each set up for RDWC.
Each uses a separate port on the router.

I CAN log into each of their tsweb/Default.htm pages and
can hit the Connect button.

However, when I press it, I get a VBScript Error: Remote
Desktop Disconnected -- The Client could not connect to
the remote computer...

The Active-X component never loads (or even attempts to
load) when I click connect. I have both of their sites
set up to be trusted.

Any advice? Thanks!
