Using Windows Backup

Hi,

I have a question about using windows backup utility. If I
do a "Normal" backup onto a tape drive, and then
do "Incremental" backups onto my hard drive, will it be
doing Incremental backups based on the Normal backup that
I did on the tape drive? Or you have to use only one
device for this to work? Thanks.

Why are you doing your incremental back-ups to the hard drive, anyway?

I presume you're NOT putting your incrementals onto a different physical HDD
or other removable media...
.... which would, in my opinion, be "back-up-suicide"!
