Using Outlook To Send and Receive Email

Every time I try to send an email from Outlook I get a Error msg "No
Transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Am using Win xp on a local Dial up connection.

Make sure you are authenticating properly to your ISP's outgoing mail server.
They can tell you how to do that.
