Hello,
I was trying to use the command NET USE to map a fix IP address to a local
PC LPT1. Somehow after various trying I still failed to get it map correctly.
I wonder if there is any problem related to my network which restricted this
command.
I had used the following synxtax for the command;
NET USE LPT1| \\192.168.100.6\HPLASER /PERSISTENT:Yes
And, I received the following error message;
'System error 62 has occured. The network name cannot be found. The network
path was not found.'
Based on the error message I am suspecting problem with my network but
somehow I am not too sure how I can start to troubleshoots this problem.
Anyone that could help me out?
Thanks
