Using INCREDIMAIL getting debugger message

I've been using INCREDIMAIL for many months without
success. Now I get fails when sending mail and when trying
to delete program I get message saying 'THIS PROGRAM
CANNOT BE CLOSED. IF IT IS BEING DEBUGGED, PLEASE RESUME
IT OR CLOSE THE DEBUGGER FIRST'

Anyone know what it's on about? I can't resume it because
it's locked out and I've no idea how to close the debugger!

If you're using it 'without success' why do you want to carry on with it?

I assume you want to close the program, rather than delete it - although
that's certainly what I'd do to it. IM(NS)HO Incredimail = a way of
transforming a simple 2kb text message into 17Kb of formatting. Get rid of
it!

In your situation, right click on the taskbar; open task manager; find the
.exe for the program; click on it and then select End Process.
