Using foreign language symbols

Does anyone know how I can write an email in Spanish from
Outlook Express using all the proper accents,
punctuations, etc..???? I receive emails in Spanish with
all these, but when I reply I do so without using the
proper accents, etc. as used in Spanish.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
