I've used GPEDIT.MSC to disable Control Panel access, and to "Prevent
Changing Wallpaper", and yet some users have STILL discovered a way to
change the wallpaper. They run Windows Explorer and view a picture in
thumbnail mode, and then right-clicking provides the option to "Set as
Desktop Background." And it works, in spite of the policy preventing it!
Is there a way to prevent THIS?!? TIA - JR
