user32.dll

Have been using Windows XP Professional for the past 2 years without any
problem. Today when I booted the computer, all of a sudden I got the
messagethat 'user32.dll is relocated in memory, so it may not function
effectively. Please contact your supplier (or something, I forgot) to install
a new dll in its place.'

Now, can anyone suggest how I should go about this, please. I'd like to tell
you that when I searched via my MSN Messenger, I got leads to some sites
where my computer was scanned, etc., etc. and wasted couple of hours of my
time. Is it necessary to go through all this again?

Thanks.
