Locked out of computer - Message "User Profile Service service failed to log on"
Understand that there is an underlying Administrative account in Vista and that it can be activated at the Cmd prompt with "net user administrator /active:yes:"
Can not boot regularly, but can get into the cmd prompt in safe mode. Upon entering "net user administrator / active:yes" receive error message that command not properly stated.
Any thoughts?
