user name trouble.....???

how do i change the user name that apears when sending a word to emai?? i
sent a document from word straight to and email buddy and when they recieved
it it was from a screenname or user name that belongs to a family member...
how can i make it so when they recieve the email it states that its from my
name or email address so it is not mistaken and deleted??

That's a setting in your mail client. Apparently the default mail account is
not yours.
