Hi
Can anyone please help a novice. I have been using FP 2003 successfully for
several months, publishing my site to a server which has FP extensions. I
hadn't had reason to republish for several weeks and, when I came to try
yesterday, FP wouldn't accept the user name I typed when trying to access the
remote site. Basically, once I had entered the user name and password and
clicked 'ok', the dialogue box reappeared with the web address followed by
the user name in place of just the user name. I just can't get it to accept
the correct name. I don't have this problem if I try it using ftp.
Does anyone have any idea what's going wrong? I have contacted Microsoft,
and all they have suggested up to now is deleting temporary files and
disabling my firewall, but neither of these have helped.
