publishing FrontPage website to IPowerWeb

I am haveing trouble getting FP to accept my user name and Passwork given to
me by IPOWERWEB.com. I am attempting to publish with FTP. I am stopped at
the FP Remaote Web Site Properties page.

I have contacted IPOWER and the user name and Password I am using are
correct.

Check with IPower the correct ftp: address you're putting in. It should be
something like ftp://membrs.ipower.com/youraccount
or ftp://youraccount.ipower.com etc - of course this will vary from host to
host.

Have you tried a normal FTP program - can you connect with it? You'd need
the same FTP address you use there, but in the FTP publishing mode in
Frontpage. Make sure you've chosen in the Remote site properties the "FTP
Location" option.

Thank you Steve and Andrew. As stated, the manner of attempting to publish
using FTP was suggested by IPOWER and I have not used the www, Steve, (in the
last few days although I did try it a few times in the past). I solved the
problem by publishing in HTML. The site published the first time I attempted
it. I quess FTP is not always the easiest or best publishing method. Thank
you both for the posts.
