My ladyfriend has somehow forgot her user name and password, so she cannot get into her windows XP home edition. Any ideas on how I can help her get her computer up and running again? thanks in advance..

If that doesn't work out, you might try to reset the local Administrator
password with one of the methods mentioned here:
