Everytime I try to open a website from either the website address bar or the
File / Open file command there is about a 50% chance my Explorer will crash
with a warning of that my USER.EXE file is causing in. What can I do about
this?

Hi Sether :)

In addition to what Frank has suggested, you might also try the following
and see if it helps:

Right click on the My Computer icon on your desktop.
Click on Device Manager
Find Display Monitor and click on the + next to it
Double click on the file listed.

Here you will find the information on your video driver. Then go to the
website for mfg. of the video driver and look for the update to download and
install. There may also be a Update Driver button on the dialog box you can
use to go direct to the update download site.

also........

Try reducing hardware acceleration at control panel, display, settings,
advanced, performance

If these steps do not resolve your problem, or you need help with the above,
please post back to this thread with the details and any error messages.

Hope this helps
