User Configuration - Windows Settings

Hi,

I have installed the group policy manager SP1 on a Windows XP Pro SP2
workstation and edited our default domain policy. I want to change our home
page on Internet Explorer 6 and are told is located in User Configuration |
Windows Settings.....

The only thing available is Remote Installation Services, any ideas on what
I am missing.

Thanks
Richard

Maintenance\URLs\Important URLs

Settings\Remote Installation Services.
