user based database management

BCM data is criticle for an enterprise. We hope different sales only see
his/her own contact and accounts.

There is other db in "db management" and these "other db" can be used on
remote pc.

The problem is how to grant user rights for specific database.

Thanks
James

By default, BCM will create a private database on the local machine.
Only the user who creates that database has permission to use it. The
database files are stored in that user's personal folders.

A user can choose to share their database so that others can connect
to the database, and can also host a shared database on a server. The
shared users can access the same business data as the owner of the
database.

There isn't a way to partition data per user in a shared BCM database.
If you require a contact database with user roles and permissions, you
should look at MSCRM.
