User accounts wecome&fast switching disabled

Ive got a problem with the welcome & fast switching being disabled the
message I get when selecting it goes as follows ( A recently installed
program has disabled the welcome screen and fast user switching.To restore
these features you must uninstall the program.The following file name might
help you identify the program that made the change.MrvGINA.dll)
Does anyone know what this is and how do I find it to uninstall.

Hi boltop,

I think that the MrvGINA.dll file is associated with Netgear....do you have
a Netgear network card installed?

Instead of uninstalling the Netgear drivers, see if d/loading and running
this fix, provided by Doug Knox, helps to resolve the problem:

Yes I have a netgear wireless card ive downloaded the fix by doug
knox and it has worked so many thanks for your help.
