User Accounts not showing up

My 12 year old has somehow chaged the start-up options on my laptop. When I
turn the computer on I am now promted for a password. From there I click
ok--because he says he didn't create a password. My wife's account is then
opened. I no longer have the option to "switch users". Please let me know how
I can have this deactivated so that when I login I can choose between the 2
accounts. Please call me at 302-314-0912--or e-mail at (e-mail address removed)

It's a very bad idea to put your telephone number and real, unmunged email
address out on Usenet (and you are posting in a Usenet newsgroup whether
you realize it or not).

About Usenet:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usenet
http://www.faqs.org/faqs/ - Usenet FAQs from the Internet FAQ Archives
http://www3.telus.net/dandemar/munad.htm - how to munge email address

As for the problem, go to Control Panel>User Accounts and put a tick mark in
"Use the Welcome Screen".

Control Panel>Network Connections

For each network connection listed, right-click and then left-click on
Properties. Highlight the Client for Netware and click "uninstall". I don't
have an XP box on right now so you may need to right-click each Client for
Netware entry and choose "uninstall". I don't remember. Sorry to be
imprecise but I'm sure you'll figure it out.

When you are finished, go to the User Accounts Control Panel applet and you
should now be able to set the Welcome Screen and Fast User Switch options.
