User accounts error

Hi...
I have a XP pc, which is included in a Domain, but, when i try to create a
new user account, using administrator account, the control panel said
"administrator restricted the access to create new accounts, contact
adminstrator", i've been try to resolve using gpedit.msc, but i didn't find
any policie about that. so, what can i do?? can U help me to resolve this??

Is this using the Administrator account in Safe Mode or a User Acount
with the rights of an administrator?

Hi Netzer,

There is an Administrator account for the Local computer and most likely
an Administrator account for the Domain created by the IT. Which one
are you logged in as? You would have to logged in as a Domain
Administrator (or one with Administrator rights) in order to create
another user on the domain.

category in the control panel, please contact with your administator", and
don't let me access to the category, by the way, i can't create a new user...

You didn't really answer my question, so it's still unclear to me, but
if you're logged on as a "Local Administrator" (or one with those
rights) and you want to create a new user for the domain, you will have
to do that from the domain server, NOT the workstation.
