user account customize

It would be nice if i can create a different customized
MSAS setting, Realtime Protection setting, agent setting
for each user account, for instance each window account
have different MSAS setting or its own MSAS account. one
good example is NIS 2004 and 2005 which has user account
customizeable which i really like.

There's an options setting in Microsoft Antispyware for the type of user.
Options, settings, general, User modes, knowledgable versus Novice.

Novice is prevented from taking some actions as I recall--this might be
worth checking,
