Window Defender XP version should have the following:

MULTIPLE USER ACCOUNT/LIMITED ACCOUNT support.

able to update antispyware definition on MULTIPLE USER ACCOUNT/LIMITED
ACCOUNT.

Limited Account cannot change important setting set by the computer
administrator.
example:
Limited Account cannot turn off Automatic definition update, cannot delete
antispyware log, cannot turn off real-time protection, other important
setting.

or

use Password protection for each user account.

or

both.
