Use Outlook with AOL e-mail

I found the directions for accessing AOL email on the
Office Online webpage. I am using Outlook 2002, and
followed the directions exactly. I continue to get an
error saying that the AOL server could not be accessed.
I've read, reread, and re-inputted the server information
where requested within the Outlook setup. Does someone
know of some little quirk or tip that did not get
published to make this work?

I have a feeling that this may be something to do with having AIM installed
and running - I know you have to do this to collect AOL mail in
Netscape......

Nope...Never got it to work, so I have given up.
