there was a power cut which happened during the computer
booting up once i had power back i again booted up the
computer and the mouse and keyboard failed to work (both
use usb ports). i tried my old mouse and keyboard which
work fine. i have found that the usb ports are not
functioning properly and this is a big problem because
most of my equipment like printer, camera, external cd
writer etc use usb. i have a packard bell intel celeron
1.8GHz 256MB running windows XP home can you help. p.s. i
have a pci usb card which also does not work
