usb mass storage disk cannot be accessed

The main PC has an external USB disk (called my pc(J) ) it is not accessible
by any of my other 2 PC's even though their main hard disks are talking to
each other alright.
When I try to access that drive it says:
\\telectro\\iblkup\my pc (j) is not accessible. You might not have
permission to use this ........Contact the system......." Not enough server
storage is available to process this comand"

Obviously the "my pc (j)" mass storage has the Sharing and Security set up
for to both, Share this folder on the Network and Allow network users to
change my files.

The thing is that it used to work before !
Thank you
Joaquin
