URGENT: Missing VBA help file...not recognizing my install CD

I'm getting a message when I'm in the VBA editor that the VBA help file isn't
installed. So, I'm inserting my Office 2003 install cd, but it's not
recognizing the cd or 'seeing' the file that is clearly there. It says the cd
is a different version. Not sure what the problem is, but I need to install
the help file. Is there a workaround?

You don't say what version of Excel. Try here for 2003:
