Sku111.cab missing file/serious error

Monday the 4/31/2008 my Excel and Publisher files will not open. I got an
error report saying the document caused a serious error last time it was
opened, and another saying sku111.cab file was missing insert Office
Professional 2003 cd to locate file. I do not have a cd. The software was
installed when I bought my notebook. What happened and what can I do about
it?
