I have a few computers not joined to the domain. Everytime they get on the
internet it promts them for a user name and password because of our proxy
server. The check box is not there for them to save the username and password

How to I reenable this feature or is there a way I can put a username and
password in the registry so it automaticly authenticates them on the proxy.

FYI i cannot join these pc's to the domain.

Thanks Eric

One method you could try is to change the defual behaviour of IE. in IE
goto Tools > Intenret Options > Security > click Custom Level. Scroll down
to the bottom option and select "Automatic logon with current username and
password". Note that this will only work if the users who are logged on to
the standalone workstations have the same username and password as the the
ones held on the proxy. Also, the proxy would need to support NTLM
authentcation for it to work. You won't be able to save the username or
password elsewhere.
