Urgent - Cannot start Print Spooler service on Win2k terminalserver!

We updateted and installed Citrix Metaframe XP (from 1.8)
and also installed SP4 on a Windows 2000 terminalserver
yesterday.

After the install print spooler will not start.

It stops with event id: 7031 - Source: Service Control
Manager

The print spooler service terminated unexpectedly.

Any suggestions what we can try to do?

Get this information when i run sc query spooler

The first thing I would do is remove SP4. I do not run
SP4 on any of my Citrix Servers. There are many known
issues with SP4 and Terminal Servers in Application Server
mode.
