Uploading individual files

Can anyone PLEASE help me? I am using FRONTPAGE 2003 and despite my best
efforts, in Remote Web Site I just cannot upload INDIVIDUAL FILES from LOCAL
to REMOTE. (I am using FTP) I can either select the file and use the ARROW
or do the "drag-and-drop": neither of these methods work. As an example:
when I put a new banner on the Links page of my web site and then upload the
Links file to the webhost (using either the ARROW or DRAG-AND-DROP method as
described above), the republished page shows a small red cross where the new
banner should be although the link is "live" and works perfectly. What
happened to the picture, what am I doing wrong?? Till now, the only way to
upload a single file is to upload THE ENTIRE WEB SITE. If you can help me,
I would so much appreciate this. Thanks for taking time to read this!
Raymond.

Uploading the entire site still doesn't solve the "missing image" problem?

Maybe you didn't import the image into your open web?

If the picture is in the images folder, then it gets published to the images
folder, even if you have for example, the "images" folder on the local drive
open and the "root" folder on the remote server open it will still publish
that file to the folder it came from.

Check your images folder for that file name.

Please provide the URL and indicate the image that is missing. It could be
any number of things causing it.
