How do I save a FrontPage file to upload as a five page website? I'm using
a free website publisher-Tripod.

Did you make the site in FrontPage? If not you need to open the file in
FrontPag which will make it a site ....

Tripod lets you use FrontPage Server Extensions ... so go to your control
panel in tripod and turn the extenstions on if they are not turned on...
