Uploading

I have a website that was developed using Publisher 2003 and would like to
upload it to a server. They use FrontPage 2000. It there an easy way to get
these two systems to talk to each other?

Try the Publisher news groups. Publish does have a Publish to Web function
but It's not the same as using FrontPage

Who is 'they'?

What do you mean two systems to talk to each other?

Mixing Publisher webs with anything is likely to be a mess.
