Upgrading from MM1 to MM2

I read ALL of the threads on this subject. Went to the PapaJohn's site and read it. I did what the MSFT KB Article 825229 (http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;825229) said to do. When I install MM2, it appears to work but does not place a NEW moviemk.exe file in the the Registered Packages folder. I couldn't figure out a way to uninstall MM1. Went to Control Panel and it's not there. Went to the Program Files|Movie Maker folder and I can't find an uninstall file. Thought that approach might work. Then install MM2. Kind of at a loss here...

Any ideas?
