Upgrade windows xp home ed. office possible??

I have outlook 2002 installed from my pda's start up cd. I have not yet
download outlook 2000 onto my pc because I see windows has some applications
under that program. If I download office 2000 will the outlook version in
that cd affect the newer version already installed on my pc?

When you install MSOffice 2000, select the Custom Install option. This will
allow you to de-select the Outlook 2000 program and it will not be
installed. It's not a good idea to have different versions of the same
office programs on the same system.
