upgrade mobile 2000 to mobile 2003

I have installed vista onto my pc and wish to connect my Toshiba pocket pc
e350 to it. The pda has outlook 2000 and pocketpc 2002 pro installed.
How do I upgrade my pda's software so as to be able to communicate with
vista's mobile device centre and were can I get the upgrade from? I require
at least mobile 2003 software.

Pocket PC upgrades are up to the PDA manufacturer since they are ROM replacements. Toshiba decided long ago not to make any PPC 2003 upgrades available for older models and your Toshiba likely cannot be upgraded anyway as Toshiba is no longer in the PDA business.

Time to get a modern PDA or live with what you have.
