upgrade to Win XP SP2 blocks my voice conversation on msn messenge

Hi

I was able to do voice conversation with msn messenger ver 7.5

but when i upgraded to service pack 2. i cannot do voice conversation anymore

I have disable the firewall but still this didn't work

any suggestions to fix this or else i'll have to format and install winxp
from scrap


Please help help help.....

video conversation works fine
/no problem with voice/

i do not have a web cam.
the thing is when i upgrade to sp2 , msn messenger's voice functions seems
to stop.
i think i'll just compare the services function

you dont need the web cam.
i have friend with no web cam, still can
use video function.
no picture, but voice works fine.
