Upgrade to new version

I am having some issues with Outlook 2002 and want to install 2007 version.
Will all my folders and sub-folders configure to the new version. I want to
make sure i dont lose all the correspondence and documents that i have saved.

Its never a good idea to update anything unless you know specifically that
the update will cure the current problem, and since you haven't explained
what the term "issues" means exactly no one knows whether updating will cure
it - very unlikely.
