Upgrade to 2007, Action stopped working

Hello:

We have an action defined under the actions tab that used to show up in the
toolbar of the form in OL2003. It is no longer working in 2007, doesn't show
in the menu or toolbar. How to fix? Thanks much in advance.

Correction: stopped appearing. I shouldn't say stopped working, we just
need the toolbar button to come back. OL2007-->action toolbar button is gone.

Still looking for a way to get this button back in the toolbar like it was in
OL2003. Any help will be a life saver! Thanks

I can duplicate the problem here, but haven't been able to get any
information on why it might be happening or how to fix it. Sorry.
