Upgrade of old old FP

I have a very old copy of Front Page 98. I have just recently decided to get
a web site and use Front Page to create my web pages. My copy is an original
with a CD key. What would you suggest as the least expensive way to upgrade
to a more current Front Page? Does MS offer a discount for previous users who
upgrade?

You may be able to upgrade right to Expression Web for about $89 -$99
depending upon where you buy it. I believe any copy of FrontPage will do.
